1. Program Overview

The OutreachProxy Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our proxy services. When someone signs up using your unique referral link and makes a purchase, you earn a percentage of their order.

2. How It Works

1. Get Your Link: Find your unique referral link in your dashboard under the "Referrals" section
2. Share: Share your link with friends, followers, or your audience
3. Earn: When someone signs up and makes a purchase through your link, you earn 25% commission
4. Get Paid: Commissions are credited to your account balance instantly

3. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: 25% of the purchase amount
• Recurring: You earn commission on your referrals' first purchase only
• Minimum Payout: No minimum - commissions are credited instantly
• Cookie Duration: 30 days (referral tracked for 30 days after link click)

4. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in our affiliate program:

• You must have an active OutreachProxy account
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must comply with all program rules and our Terms of Service
• You must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:

• Self-referrals: You cannot use your own referral link to get discounts on your purchases
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages with your referral link
• Fake accounts: Creating fake accounts to generate referral commissions
• Misleading advertising: Making false claims about our services or commission rates
• Trademark abuse: Using "OutreachProxy" in domain names or paid ads without permission
• Incentivized referrals: Offering cashback or rebates from your commission to referrals
• Cookie stuffing: Using scripts or redirects to force referral cookies
• Paid search bidding: Bidding on our brand terms in search advertising

6. Commission Payment

• Commissions are credited to your OutreachProxy account balance instantly upon successful purchase
• Credits can only be used towards purchasing new proxy subscriptions - they cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred
• Account balance is non-refundable and has no cash value
• Chargebacks or refunds on referred purchases will result in commission reversal
• We reserve the right to withhold commissions pending fraud review

7. Promotional Guidelines

When promoting OutreachProxy:

• Be honest and accurate about our services and features
• Disclose your affiliate relationship when required by law (FTC guidelines)
• Do not make income claims or guarantees
• Use only approved marketing materials and accurate pricing
• Respect platform rules when promoting on social media

8. Tracking and Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via cookies lasting 30 days
• The first affiliate link clicked receives credit (first-click attribution)
• Referral must use the same device/browser where they clicked your link
• VPN or private browsing may affect tracking

9. Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify commission rates with 30 days' notice
• Update program rules and terms at any time
• Terminate the affiliate program with 30 days' notice
• Remove affiliates who violate program rules

10. Termination

Your participation in the affiliate program may be terminated if:

• You violate any of the prohibited practices listed above
• You breach our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Your OutreachProxy account is suspended or terminated
• You engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited if termination was due to policy violations.
